Prayers of Hope

After the success of the #CandleOfHope ‘event’ on March 22, Churches Together in England is asking us all to keep the prayer going.

Last weekend, Christians across the country put lit candles in their windows and joined in prayer. This Sunday, and every Sunday, while we are in the Coronavirus crisis, we are invited to pray at 7 pm.

If you are looking for inspiration to get started, then we have written a special prayer for Cheadle Hulme at this uncertain time.

To encourage the #PrayersOfHope, Churches Together in England has produced a series of posters for people to print out and put in their window. There are colour and black and white versions and also one which can be coloured in by the young (and young at heart). Download these from the Prayers of Hope page.
